Role Overview: As an Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage the online reputation of the company, brand, and its products/services. This role will require you to monitor, analyze, and respond to online content and reviews while implementing strategies to enhance and uphold a positive online presence. Key Responsibilities: - Continuously monitor various online platforms such as social media, review sites, forums, and blogs for mentions of the company, brand, and its products/services. - Track important metrics related to online reputation like sentiment analysis, review ratings, and social media engagement. - Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. - Prepare regular reports for clients regarding the company's online reputation, emphasizing key issues and successes. - Respond promptly and professionally to both positive and negative reviews and comments. - Create and manage a repository of replies for social media and other online platforms ensuring alignment with the company's brand voice. - Identify potential reputation risks and develop plans to mitigate them. - Manage online crises and negative publicity effectively and in a timely manner. - Collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, and/or PR teams of clients to ensure a coordinated approach to reputation management. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 1 year of professional experience. - Strong understanding of online platforms and social media channels. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Please note that the work type for this position is full-time with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.
