As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new and upcoming designers for the online store and on-boarding selected designers. Additionally, you will be in charge of acquiring new collections from existing designers and ensuring the collection line-sheets are in the required format. Your role will involve planning promotions and collaborations with designers through various channels such as social media, online store, and physical stores. It is essential to maintain a good rapport and relationship with designers to foster a productive working environment. You will be expected to prepare and present periodic merchandising reports to track the performance and trends within the luxury designer category. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of merchandising experience and a background in Fashion from a reputable institute, preferably Graduate/Post Graduate from NIFT. An in-depth understanding of the luxury designer category is crucial for this role. In addition to your merchandising skills, being adaptable, analytical, and a team player are key traits that will contribute to your success in this position. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are necessary to navigate collaborations effectively. Smooth coordination with other functions is vital for meeting work deliverables and ensuring seamless operations. Candidates from aza, ensemble, and ogaan are preferred for this role.
