An Online Manager for Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit and other websites will be responsible for managing and optimizing a company's e-commerce presence and sales across these platforms, encompassing product listings, advertising, sales strategies, inventory management, and customer engagement, all while analyzing performance data and adapting to evolving marketplace trends and policies.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:

Create, update, and optimize product listings on both Meesho, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit and other websites+, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, titles, images, and pricing, and leveraging SEO-friendly content for better visibility.

E-commerce Operations & Strategy

Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales, manage inventory levels across platforms, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Advertising & Promotions:

Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, sponsored products) to increase sales and brand visibility. Manage and create promotional offers and deals on both platforms.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer feedback, analyze sales trends, and provide regular reports to management.

Customer Engagement & Support:

Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Platform-Specific Management

Utilize platform-specific tools like Amazon Seller Central and Meesho Supplier Panel to manage listings, resolve errors, and ensure account health.

Inventory and Fulfillment:

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment, including potentially managing FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments.

Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and operations to align online sales efforts with overall business objectives.
