Qualification Path

Eligibility:

No prior experience is required to apply for this role. However, to work on this project, you must meet the basic requirements and successfully complete a standard qualification process. This is a long-term, part-time project, and your work will be subject to quality assurance checks throughout the contract period.

Basic Requirements:

• Proficiency in reading and writing Odia and basic proficiency in English
• Must have lived in India for the past 2 years and be familiar with India’s business landscape, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural content
• Ability to follow guidelines and conduct online research using search engines, maps, and website-based information
• Ability to work across different task types such as maps, news, audio-related tasks, relevance tasks, etc.
• Access to a daily broadband internet connection, a computer, and the required software

Assessment:

To be selected for the program, you will be required to complete an open-book qualification exam to determine your suitability. You will also complete an identity verification process. Our team will provide instructions and learning materials before the qualification exam. You can take the exam within a specified time frame at your convenience.
