Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on suitable projects across platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
  • Create tailored, persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements and OptiSync Solutions’ service offerings.
  • Communicate with global clients to gather requirements and understand project scope.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to define solutions, timelines, and pricing.
  • Negotiate project terms, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Track bidding performance, conversions, and revenue using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Online Bidder / BDE in an IT services company.
  • Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and international sales processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Required Skills
