✨ Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Clutch, Top Developers, DesignRush, Top Firms, Find Best Firms, SortList, Planet Bids, Digital Agency Network, etc.
Write winning proposals for Web, Mobile, AI & Digital projects
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Use ChatGPT & AI tools to draft proposals, emails, and project scopes
Handle client communication, lead nurturing, and relationship building
🚀 Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in bidding for IT services
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Smart use of AI tools for productivity & innovation
Confidence in client interaction, negotiations, and closing deals
Prior experience with US-based clients is a big plus ✅
