Job Description

As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as Mediclaim administration, data handling, and compliance within the organization. Your key responsibilities include: Onboarding: Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding documents, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have necessary resources. Maintain accurate records of new hire paperwork and update the employee database with relevant information. Monitor new hires" progress and completion of required training and compliance certifications. Offboarding: Manage the exit process for employees leaving the organization, conduct exit interviews, and ensure the return of company property. Update employee records with termination/resignation information, including Mediclaim and health benefits status. Mediclaim Administration: Enroll employees in the company's Mediclaim policy, assist with inquiries and claims processing, and ensure awareness of benefits and claims procedures. Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve issues related to Mediclaim claims or coverage. Data Handling & Compliance: Ensure the confidential handling of employee data and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations. Manage employee records in the HRIS system, generate reports as needed, and present data in an organized manner. Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years in HR, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, Mediclaim administration, or employee relations. - Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in resolving challenges related to Mediclaim claims, data issues, and onboarding/offboarding tasks. - Technology Proficiency: Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Confidentiality & Ethical Handling of Data: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.,
