On-Ground Sales Executive

Job Title: On-Ground Sales Executive (Footwear Industry)
Base Location: Raipur C.G.
Travel to Orrisa (Travel for 10–15 days as required)Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (+ Incentives)

Job Responsibilities:
- Travel across Odisha for 10–15 days per month to meet clients and retailers.- Present and demonstrate product samples to potential customers.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.- Collect market insights and feedback to improve product positioning.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience in field sales (experience in the footwear industry preferred).- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to travel extensively as per business requirements.- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a target-driven approach.- Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.
