Job Responsibilities

Oneindia

On-the-Ground Reporting:
Visiting assigned areas within the constituency to conduct surveys and collect real-time information for
Oneindia's
project.
Data Collection:
Accurately collecting data using provided forms, tablets, or mobile applications.
Impartiality:
Ensuring all questions are asked in a neutral and unbiased manner, without influencing respondents' answers.
Target Completion:
Meeting daily and weekly survey targets to ensure the project timeline is met.
Travel:
Traveling extensively within your assigned district to cover various localities.
Reporting:
Submitting accurate and timely reports to your supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Minimum 12th pass. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in field surveys, data collection, or on-the-ground research is a strong advantage.
Local Knowledge:
Must have excellent knowledge of the assigned district's geography, language, and culture.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in
Bengali and Hindi
. Knowledge of English is a plus.
Impartiality:
Ability to maintain strict neutrality and professionalism at all times.
Physical Fitness:
Must be physically able to handle extensive daily travel and walking.
Equipment:
Owning a smartphone is mandatory.
