On-Field Sales Executive Salon Distribution (Mens Skincare)

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Visit salons and men's grooming outlets in your area to pitch and place Menveda products - Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and staff - Educate salon teams on product benefits, usage, and retail potential - Conduct product demos and sampling when required - Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets - Ensure timely delivery and inventory tracking - Collect feedback and market insights to improve reach and offerings To be eligible for this role, you should have: - Prior experience in field sales, preferably in cosmetics, grooming, or FMCG - Good local network with salons is a strong plus - Excellent communication and convincing skills - Self-motivated and target-driven - Basic knowledge of skincare/grooming trends is a bonus About Menveda: Menveda is India's first Ayurvedic skincare brand crafted exclusively for men.
