Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Omni Sports Advisor, located in Gurugram. The Omni Sports Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting appropriate sports equipment, providing expert advice on product usage, organizing and conducting sports activities and events, ensuring store merchandising aligns with company standards, and contributing to a positive customer experience by sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for sports. The role involves physical interaction with customers and active participation in sports activities.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in Physical Education and Sports Coaching
• Skills in Communication and Sports Training
• Passion for sports and helping others improve their sports skills
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
