Your main responsibilities will include: - Ensuring a WOW Customer Experience: - Greeting, smiling, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. - Interacting and engaging with customers effectively. - Promoting sports by engaging customers through sports communities and inspiring them to join. - Encouraging customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities. - Proposing the right products & services based on customer needs. - Using all available channels to satisfy customer needs. - Ensuring a smooth checkout experience. - Suggesting complementary products to enhance the customer sports practice experience. - Ensuring product availability through reliable inventory management. - Updating signages for customer awareness. - Being accountable for the delivery. - Guaranteeing WOW displayed layout: - Creating the best layout for customers. - Ensuring a safe layout for yourself, your team, and customers. - Making the layout welcoming, seductive, and engaging. - Allowing customers to test all solutions. - Highlighting the best omnichannel offers to customers. - Knowing the complete store and online product range. - Ensuring availability of necessary services for customers" sports needs. - Highlighting Circular offers and relevant services.
