Keeping and maintaining records of patient names, volume of blood drawn, and diagnostic findings. Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment used in the drawing and testing of blood specimens. Ordering laboratory supplies, as needed. Properly package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to the laboratory on time Complete opening and closing procedures in accordance with the duty rotation. Waste management including collection, handling, segregation, container management, storage and collection Keeping own work areas and general / patient areas generally clean, sterile, identifying issues and hazards / risks in relation to other work areas within the business, and assuming responsibility in the maintenance of general standards of cleanliness across the business in consultation (where appropriate) with other sector managers Obtaining subject’s height, weight, elbow breadth, frame size and body mass index Obtaining Vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse oximetry, respiration rate)

Manage and grow online presence across platforms like Google, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Plan and execute social media campaigns for promotions, health awareness days, product launches, etc. Organize in-store activities, free checkup camps, health talks, etc., to drive footfall. Build and manage customer loyalty programs and referral schemes. Conduct patient/customer feedback surveys and analyze results to improve services. Develop tie-ups with schools, corporates, housing societies, and fitness centers for health camps and promotions. Coordinate with doctors and staff for health awareness events and promotional drives. Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on leads generated, and customer engagement. Coordinate with Advertisement Agency & Media for offline & online marketing. Maintain marketing expense budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
