Job Description

The Opportunity.

Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Core Developer

The Role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, and deploy OIM components (event handlers, scheduled jobs, SOA workflows, custom connectors).
  • Implement and customize OIM connectors for target systems (LDAP, DB, SCIM, REST, Web Services).
  • Troubleshoot provisioning/reconciliation issues and provide bug fixes.
  • Develop and maintain OIM-related code using Java, Groovy, ADF and APIs.
  • Integrate OIM with directories, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
  • Document technical designs, code, and deployment procedures.

The Expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of hands-on OIM development experience (OIM 11gR2 / 12c).
  • Strong Java/J2EE and ADF programming background.
  • Experience in developing connectors, event handlers, SOA/BPM workflows, scheduled jobs.
  • Proficiency in OIM APIs (Provisioning, Reconciliation, User Management).
  • Experience with WebLogic, Oracle DB, and LDAP directories.
  • Good understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts (provisioning, RBAC, lifecycle).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle OIM Certification.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven and BitBucket).
