Job Description: As a Mechanical Engineering Instructor at our company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of instructional design principles to develop engaging and informative training sessions. You will need to have a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering and at least 1-2 years of teaching experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training programs related to Oil & Gas processes, systems, and equipment. - Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to students. - Deliver training programs in both classroom and virtual settings, showcasing excellent presentation skills. - Assess students" learning progress and provide feedback to help them improve their performance. - Stay updated on new technologies and training methodologies to adapt your teaching approach as needed.
