OIC Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to lead and support the integration of Oracle HCM modules with various enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HCM processes and technical proficiency in OIC to design, develop, and implement seamless integrations that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development:

  Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM modules (such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Teal+4Yallo+4eeho.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com+4

• Data Migration:

  Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM.

• Technical Documentation:

  Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration mappings, and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Testing and Validation:

  Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure developed solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.

• Support and Troubleshooting:

  Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain system stability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with at least 3 years focused on OIC

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for developing integrations.
  
• Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  
• Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP), XML, and JSON.
  
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware and PaaS solution
