Offshore Account Manager

As a Senior Offshore Account Manager at NPV Global, located in Vadodara, you will be responsible for managing client accounts in the USA and Canada region. Your role will involve overseeing a small offshore team, conducting bookkeeping reviews, and serving as the primary point of contact for client communication during EST working hours. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, conducting regular reviews of bookkeeping and financials, leading the offshore accounting team, participating in client meetings, monitoring project progress, and maintaining reporting accuracy. Building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring compliance with accounting practices and client expectations are key aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore accounting and team management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong client service and relationship management abilities, and proven experience in generating and reviewing accounting reports. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in the EST time zone for client interactions and possess a Master's in Business Administration, CA Inter/CA, or a related field. Prior experience with North American clients is preferred. Technical skills required for this role include proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online, Xero, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
