• Qualification: Any Degree (Should have completed) Preferred: BE/MBA
• Pass out Year: 2021 to 2025
• Should be proficient in English – Speaking & Writing
• Work Timings: 3:00 PM till 12:00 AM – Monday to Friday – Work from office

Role Description:

Revenue And Opportunity Tracking

• Provide daily updates to senior management on all opportunities from a revenue perspective. Updates to be obtained from individual SAM/AMs
• Daily CRM updation for existing opportunities and new opportunities.
• Weekly reconciliation of sales and engineering projections.
• Tracking account plans - monthly and quarterly
• Performing actual to budget performance comparison on account plans - overall and by opportunity. Track upside conversion rates for the SAM/AMs.
• Preparing monthly revenue inputs for Finance - reconciling CRM Sales and engineering projections with actuals

Documentation

• Preparation of SOWs based on the opportunities sold.
• Follow-up and close out document execution by customer and Photon.
• Maintaining and updating contract database for respective customers
• Time sheet updation and reconciliation between Insight and customer tool time sheets where relevant.
• Preparing and obtaining NB hours approvals from Centre Heads

Invoicing And Accounts Receivable

• Preparing and maintaining an invoicing calendar for each customer for each quarter.
• Tracking relevant milestones and/or time sheet closure for retainer/T&M contracts.
• Ensuring invoices are issued with 10 business days of relevant milestone or month closure. The SLA to be progressively reduced to 5 business days within 6 months and 3 business days within 12 months.
• Tracking receivables and sending reminders to customers/SAM/AM as required to ensure timely payment.
• Tracking actual payment days for each customer and reconciling the same with Finance.
