Offset Printing Operator

As an Offset Printing Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the offset printing machine to ensure high-quality output. You will be required to conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot printing issues to minimize downtime. Additionally, performing routine maintenance and coordinating repairs when necessary will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards throughout operations is crucial, and you will be expected to keep detailed records of production runs and machine performance. Desired Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with web/roll offset printing machines. - Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with different paper types, ink mixing, and color calibration. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. - Willingness to work in shifts if required.
