You will be responsible for operating and monitoring digital inkjet printing machines to decorate tile surfaces. You will prepare print files, ensuring correct alignment and scaling of tile designs. Checking color calibration, design consistency, and resolution before printing will be part of your daily tasks. Loading and unloading tiles to/from the printing line with proper handling is essential. Routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of digital machines will also be required. Inspecting printed tiles for quality defects and making real-time adjustments are crucial to ensure high standards. In case of machine issues, you will troubleshoot and report malfunctions to maintenance or your supervisor promptly. Maintaining detailed production and machine operation records accurately will be expected. You must ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in the printing area. Collaboration with design and quality control teams for continuous improvement will also be a significant part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a graduation, diploma, or equivalent qualification, with a technical diploma being preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital printing in ceramics/tiles, is required. Knowledge of digital printing technologies, basic understanding of color theory and printing processes, attention to detail, and good visual accuracy are essential skills. You should be willing to work in shifts and in a factory environment. This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers.
