Offline Store Manager - Female only

We are seeking an experienced Female Store Manager to oversee our retail apparel store located in HRBR Layout/Kammanahalli. Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily operations, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising meet company standards. Your role will also involve leading and developing the store team to deliver high performance and motivation. Additionally, you will be expected to drive sales, offer top-notch customer service, and address any customer issues that may arise. You will need to monitor stock levels, implement loss prevention measures, review financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure the profitability of the store. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of retail management experience, particularly in the apparel industry. Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills are essential for this role. Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is preferred. In addition, the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage staff schedules and store budgets. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. You should also be capable of lifting stock and standing for extended periods. The interview location for this position is at our Jayanagar Store. This is a full-time, permanent role with day shift hours. Prior experience working in the apparel or fashion industry is preferred. The work location is in person at our store in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
