Offline marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Offline Marketing Executive to join our real estate advisory team. The role primarily involves door-to-door field outreach to generate quality leads and promote the company’s real estate services among property owners, local businesses, and residents.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door marketing in targeted areas to promote real estate services (buying, selling, leasing, investment, and collaboration).

- Build direct contact with property owners, shopkeepers, and local stakeholders to identify potential clients.

- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and visiting cards during field visits.

- Gather basic property and contact information and maintain daily records of outreach activity.

- Provide on-ground market insights about vacant properties, new developments, and investment opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal sales/advisory teams for lead follow-ups and property site visits.

- Represent the company professionally, maintaining a positive brand image during all interactions.

- Meet daily/weekly lead generation and outreach targets assigned by the management.
