Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Payyannur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Offline Marketing Specialist will plan, implement, and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing innovative offline marketing initiatives, building relationships with clients, and maintaining exceptional customer service. Coordinating with the sales team, the role also involves generating leads and driving new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in Market Research and analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and develop data-driven marketing plans.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy, including developing and executing campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to innovate and adapt marketing strategies to changing market needs.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
