1. To carry out Investigation of Incident, OOS (Out of specification), OOT (Out of trend) and Market complaint with the help of concerned departments.
2. Review /generate control number of Incident/CAPA /OOS/OOT & Market complaint.
3. Responsible for follow up and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and preventive action).
4.Communication with production, Quality control, Warehouse, Engineering, HR and SHE for closing of OOS, OOT, Incident, Market complaint and CAPA
5.To prepare supporting document for APQR and monthly report.
6.To perform the required transactions in SAP and Open Text as per responsibilities.
7.To maintain archived hard coy of Incidents. Prepare list of incidents & Market complaint and perform the destruction of incident & Market complaint hard copy as per the timeline.
8.To perform activity allotted by Manager/Head QA.
