Role & responsibilities

• Preparation, review, training, implementation of SOPs of engineering department.
• Preparation and execution of various planners / schedules, departmental list of list, instrument / DCS logbooks etc.
• DCS User ID creation, deletion, locks removal & maintain the record as well as logbooks.
• Attend Operation, breakdowns and maintenance of equipment in manufacturing and non manufacturing area as per approved operating procedures
• To take all types of backups for DCS as per designed schedule with documentation.
• Preparing instruments list for SAP codes, creating Purchase Requisition to Maintain spare parts.
• To monitor and maintain records of all installed instruments.
• Preparation of sequence of operation to create design of equipment / systems in DCS.
• Maintenance of control system, Instrument panels and instruments.

DESIRED SKILLS :

Must have experience in API - Instrumentation engineering in reputed pharma organizations.

• Should have hands on experience of Manpower Handling
• Strong knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control System) Installation, User Creation, Deletion, Locks Removal, etc.
• Preparation Planning & execution of various Planners.
• Handling documents related to CGMP.
• Good Communication and problem solving skills.
• Should be assertive, proactive, and self-driven.
• Ability to work in dynamic environment.
