You will be joining Abhedya Education & Welfare Society, a grassroots organization dedicated to nurturing the potential of children, youth, and communities in and around Bhopal. Rooted in the philosophy of service and guided by the ideals of Swami Vivekananda, the organization believes in the power of dedicated individuals working with integrity and purpose to drive real change. As part of your role, you will be responsible for: - Finding CSR opportunities and creating strong proposals aligned with Abhedyas goals - Contacting companies, attending meetings, and fostering lasting partnerships - Participating in CSR meetings with the Chairman to secure meaningful support - Supporting the Chairman by managing their daily schedule, emails, and follow-ups, as well as preparing notes and documents to aid in decision-making - Handling finance and admin tasks such as preparing monthly salary and reimbursement sheets for staff - Coordinating visits for Indian donors and international guests, including logistics planning and organization Your experience in corporate finance, system administration, and NGO work will be valuable, with the following requirements: - Corporate finance: 7 years - System administration: 6 years - NGO: 5 years The role is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and involves a willingness to travel up to 25%. If you are comfortable attending meetings with senior stakeholders or corporate partners, have previous experience supporting senior leadership, managing salary sheets or reimbursements, and coordinating visits or events for donors or guests, this dynamic and impactful opportunity may be the right fit for you.,
