Job Description

Role & responsibilities To coordinate with all concerned and quote on various tenders floated by the various customers. To coordinate with HO and plant on material dispatched and being dispatched during the month. To coordinate with the team at the Region and help them in achieving the sales targets of various dealers under them. To report to the HO on various aspects like EMD, BG, pending orders, payments etc. Prepare and share reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on all the aspects of business such as tenders, dispatches, payments, complaints etc. To maintain documents in an orderly and retrievable manner for conducting the day-to-day coordination activities with both the internal team as well as customers. To coordinate with the concerned depots for any product trials and complaints raised Will be responsible for visiting customers for various aspects of business-like sales, deliveries, payments etc. Shall visit various customers to understand their requirements, build relationships and resolve various issues, if any. Should be willing to travel to meet customers. Should be well versed in the correspondence process with Government agencies as well as private customers, both orally and in writing. Should be well versed in Word, Excel, Power-point and computer usage. Experience: Minimum 3 years Dealing with Institutions like PSU, Private Companies Should be a Diploma or Graduate
