Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials as per GMP and company SOPs.
Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing raw materials (GRN, COA, logbooks, stock registers, etc.).
Perform physical verification of raw materials against invoices and COA.
Monitor raw material sampling and coordinate with QC for testing and approval.
Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation of status labels Approved/Quarantine/Rejected).
Adhere to GDP, cGMP, and safety requirements in warehouse operations.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for material issuance.
Coordinate with purchase, QC, and production teams for smooth material flow.
Handle audit requirements (regulatory, internal, external) related to raw material management.
Assist in inventory management and periodic stock reconciliation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience in ERP / SAP or similar systems.
Strong documentation and compliance skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy.
