Job Description

Qualifications: first class B.Tech./M. Tech /PhD.Tech.in CERAMICS, refractory from Institute of repute. Experience: Min 3 - 7 years in Industry. Position reports to Manager R&D / Team Leader. Skills Required: 1. Min 3-7 yrs. experience in R&D of (CERAMICs / REFRACTORY / Minerals / Sanitaryware industry) 2. Experience in Minerals, ceramics and refractory development. 3. Able to develop the refractory coatings products as per customers requirements 4. Must be able to work independently on a given project task. 5. Must have strong knowledge on different minerals properties & able to drive the project. 6. Ability to adopt new techniques. 7. Strong soft skills to analyse & present the R&D data. 8. Strong skill in searching the technical data for the project. 9. Must be familiar with the basic instruments for R&D batch testing. 10.Must be able to scale up the successful project from lab to pilot & pilot to plant scale. 11. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. 12. Coordination skills with depts for equipment calibration, new RM sourcing& performance tests in the QC lab. 13.Able to test and analyse characterization of products using appropriate analytical techniques & instruments. (Such as XRF, XRD, PSA) 14. Knowledge on advanced Ceramic / Refractory testing procedures/RM testing/new product trials, lab trials.
