Officer Production Tablets

Key Responsibilities (JD Snippet):

• Shift Management: Oversee all tablet manufacturing (granulation, compression, coating, packing) during shifts, managing manpower and resources to meet targets.
• GMP & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), prepare/review BMRs/BPRs, and maintain clean/calibrated equipment.
• Quality Control: Verify raw material dispensing, check process parameters, coordinate with QC for testing, and initiate investigations for deviations.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance, coordinate with engineering for breakdowns, and ensure cleaning protocols are followed.
• Coordination: Liaise with QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for materials, testing, and breakdowns.
• Training: Ensure team follows SOPs, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.

Core Duties & Tasks:

• Execute production steps: Dispensing, blending, granulation, drying, compression, coating, packing.
• Complete & review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs).
• Perform & record daily/monthly equipment calibration checks (e.g., weighing balances).
• Manage change parts (punches, dies, sieves).
• Initiate & manage Change Controls, Deviations, and Investigations (Failure, Market Complaint).
• Monitor & record environmental conditions (Temp, Humidity, DP) in clean areas.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc., D.Pharm, M.Sc..
• Experience: 1-5 years in pharma production (granulation, compression).
• Knowledge: cGMP, SOPs, QMS (Quality Management Systems).

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
