Officer Production Pellets

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Operations: Supervise day-to-day operations in the pellets production area, including granulation, blending, coating, and drying processes. This involves planning and organizing production schedules to meet targets efficiently.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. This includes online documentation with real-time data and maintaining area and equipment in an audit-ready condition.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logbooks, and other process documents. This also involves reviewing and compiling these records for submission to the Quality Assurance (QA) department.
• Equipment Handling and Maintenance: Monitor the use, operation, and cleaning of manufacturing equipment and machinery. Coordinate with the engineering department for maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment and utilities.
• Supervision and Training: Allocate duties to staff and workmen, monitor their work, and ensure a high degree of discipline. Train new employees and subordinates on SOPs, safety practices, and hygiene procedures.
• Material Management: Coordinate with the warehouse for the timely issuance and movement of raw materials and intermediate products, and ensure correct status labeling of all materials and containers.
• Deviation and CAPA Management: Identify deviations or non-compliance issues during the process, report them to superiors, and assist in implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and change controls.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Typically a B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree is required.
• Experience: Relevant experience (typically 1-3years) in pharmaceutical production, specifically in oral solid dosage forms or pellets manufacturing, is often a prerequisite.
• Knowledge: Updated knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies, WHO-GMP norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Skills: Strong documentation skills, problem-solving abilities, people management skills, and the capacity to work in a safe work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
