2. Monitoring and controlling the process control parameters in the shift so that there is no deviations in the continuous chemical process
3. Identifying the root cause for the trouble shooting issues in the production batches and arriving resolutions for the assurance of smooth process
4. Responsible for controlling the quality parameters of all the intermediates and finished products
5. Coordination with the stores for the raw material and packing material issues
6. Regular Updation of Shift log registers with full accuracy in the shift
7. Interact with the dispatch team for the sales orders fulfilment
8. Regular Updation of all the process batch card entries and production related transactions in the SAP PP module
9. Monitoring the smooth operation of the chlorine, sulphur di oxide and ammonia gases handling systems without any leakage or emissions
10. Coordination with the engineering maintenance team on the assurance of all the equipment health and good working condition
11. Facilitate the process modifications as and when required
12. Responsible on the assurance of reaction cycle time reduction and OEE
13. Managing the manpower, handling the shifts to get maximum productivity
14. Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
