Roles & Responsibilities

a) Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for multiple group entities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Submit monthly reports on financial accounting and compliance to management.
  

b) Audit & Compliance

• Support statutory and internal audits with required documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors and resolve audit queries.
  

c) Taxation & Regulatory Filings

• Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
• Maintain and reconcile tax accounts, ensuring timely payments.
• Stay updated on the latest changes in tax laws and their impact.
  

d) Banking & Treasury

• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including fund transfers and reconciliations.
  

e) Process & System Improvements

• Support ERP implementation and maintenance.
• Identify and recommend improvements for stronger financial controls.
  

f) Intercompany Transactions

• Handle reconciliation and accounting of intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.

Qualification & Skills

M.Com (Accounts) or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/accounting software. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
