Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for following safety rules in the premises according to company norms. Your main tasks will include performing CIP & SIP and VLT of lyophilizer, participating in Lyo loading & unloading activities, performing in-process checks during operation, ensuring aseptic area cleaning and fogging, and coordinating with cross-functional departments like QA, QC, warehouse Engineering, HR, and administration for day-to-day activities. You will also be responsible for timely completion of calibrations and validations related to Lyophilization and area, maintaining BMRs and other log books in the Lyophilization area, preparing and revising SOPs related to the area, operating and cleaning the lyophilizer area, and cleaning and sanitizing drain points in the Lyophilization area. Key Responsibilities: - Perform CIP & SIP and VLT of lyophilizer - Participate in Lyo loading & unloading activities - Perform in-process checks during operation - Ensure aseptic area cleaning and fogging - Coordinate with cross-functional departments for day-to-day activities - Timely completion of calibrations and validations related to Lyophilization and area - Maintain BMRs and other log books in the Lyophilization area - Prepare and periodically revise SOPs related to the area - Operate and clean the lyophilizer area - Clean and sanitize Lyophilization area drain points Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science / Degree - Minimum 5 years of experience in Lyophilization area,
