Role Overview: As a File Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting file audits at assigned locations following hind sighting process. Your main task will be to observe any deficiencies in the files and ensure appropriate closure by obtaining feedback from the relevant parties. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct periodical inspection of disbursed files to ensure compliance with process and policy norms, identifying areas for improvement at regular intervals. - Provide feedback to internal customers (credit and operations teams) on processing quality and assist in implementing necessary improvements. - Implement effective controls and enhancements in process design, systems, and operations as needed. - Prepare reports on the documentation process, ensuring timely submission and accuracy. - Review customer data entry for demographic details, income-related information, and efficiency in LOS/Finone to minimize error rates in file processing and sanctioning. - Stay updated on policy changes in file processing and incorporate them into the inspection process. - Coordinate with NHB and other statutory audit processes related to file management. - Prepare accurate reports and MIS for review purposes. - Provide policy training to location teams to ensure adherence to process and policy norms. - Validate all PMAY files before submitting claims to regulators. - Ensure and validate 100% KYC checking.
