Must have a good knowledge for implementation of Safety To carry out plant safety inspection to observe physical condition or work & work practices and procedure followed by workers and render to advise for removing of the unsafe condition & preventive unsafe action by works. Support to plant employees for BBS rounds, safety audit , inspection, genba walk, etc.. Regular inspection of the safety equipment's i.e. Eye / safety shower, SCBA, Online respiration system, Fire related all equipment's , etc.. Competency for work permit system and ensure compliance of the same. To check and evaluate the effectiveness & Action taken to prevent personal injuries. To organize calibration of inspection measuring and test equipment and ensure their fitness for use. Carryout testing of Firefighting system and its operations. Ensure healthiness of Fire hydrant / Sprinkler System 24X7 hrs. Ensure fire and safety protection system in place and healthy 24X7 hrs Organized awareness training among the employees Perform internal audit and compliance as per guidelines/standard. To check and evaluate the effectiveness & Action taken to prevent personal injuries. Knowledge for IMS
