Role & responsibilities Answer calls from customers with complaints or inquiries regarding loans. Carefully listen to customer concerns, understanding issue and capturing all details. Accurately keeping record of customer information and query details. Registering complaints and resolving by providing information or escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further action. Ensuring resolution of complaints by follow ups with respective department. Document each complaint including call details, action taken and next steps. Addressing customer concerns with empathy and respect and maintaining a professional interaction.
