Role & responsibilities :- 1.Managing the induction training process for new joiners by directly imparting training and coordinating with other designated trainers. 2. Identify corrective, periodic, promotion etc. training needs and conduct periodic and targeted training as per identified needs 3. Participate in the training curriculum and training framework development process from time-to-time 4. Participate in the recruitment process as per the requirement 5.
