Job Responsibilities: -

Execute and monitor OSD manufacturing activities in Granulation & Compression as per BMR and SOPs.
Operate and handle equipment such as RMG, FBD, Blenders, Multi-mill, Sifters, and Tablet Compression machines.
Perform in-process checks (granule quality, blend uniformity, tablet weight, hardness, thickness) to ensure product quality.
Maintain all GMP documentation, including BMR, logs, and checklists.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering & Planning for smooth batch execution.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, safety and housekeeping requirements.
Support deviation handling, change control, equipment qualification and process validation activities.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials during shift operations.
