1. Receive raw and packing materials from vendors accurately and on time.
2. Verify all required documents, including Invoice/DC, COA (Certificate of Analysis), SDS (Safety Data Sheet), TSE/BSE certificates, and Melamine certificates, as applicable.
3. Issue materials according to user or department requirements.
4. Upload the relevant template into the Coupa Item Master Data Service Portal. Ensure the template is correctly submitted.
5. Responding promptly to any queries related to item code creation.
6. Sharing item code details with the respective users as soon as they are received.
7. Receive project code requests from the study director and initiating the project in the appropriate format and submit it daily to the Coupa Master Data team.
8. Initiating the item code request immediately and ensure the project code is updated within one day.
9. Providing training to users related to the COUPA system.
