Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations in micro banking activities
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of micro loans and other financial products
• Conduct credit assessments and manage risk by reviewing loan applications
• Assist in managing the loan portfolio and ensure repayment schedules are followed
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and offering financial guidance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
• Track and maintain financial records ensuring accuracy in reporting
• Work closely with team members to achieve branch and organizational targets
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and offer relevant financial solutions
• Assist in the development of training materials and help train new staff members
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote financial inclusion
