Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The Field Executive will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
Organize and maintain documents and files
Assist in event planning and execution
Provide executive administrative support to senior management
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Oversee office management tasks

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
