Office Staff for Female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized female office staff member to support the smooth functioning of our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day office work, documentation, and filing.
• Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
• Assist in data entry, typing, and preparing reports.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support management.
• Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and Accounts departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate (completed or in progress).
• Freshers can apply; prior office experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Professional, polite, and well-presented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
