Office Showroom Sales Executive

You will be responsible for greeting and attending to walk-in customers at the showroom, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable products. You will need to effectively explain product features, quality, and benefits, prepare and issue quotations and invoices, and coordinate with the store for stock availability and dispatch. Maintaining proper display and cleanliness of the showroom is also part of your duties. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with prospective customers for closing sales, handle customer complaints, and escalate if necessary. Keeping daily sales records and achieving individual and showroom sales targets are essential aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of +2 / Diploma / Graduate qualification, with at least 2 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in building materials or similar products. Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills are essential, along with basic computer knowledge for billing and quotation preparation. This is a full-time job that requires you to work in a day shift. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
