Office sales representative(OSR)

United Timber Works is hiring a dynamic, well-presentable, and service-oriented Office Sales Representative (OSR) for our Yamunanagar head office.

We’re looking for a candidate preferably from a hospitality or customer service background who can confidently interact with new leads generated from Facebook, IndiaMART, Google, and other online sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage incoming sales inquiries from multiple online channels.
• Understand and qualify leads by identifying their product requirements, usage, and urgency.
• Maintain detailed logs, call notes, and meeting minutes in the system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to keep leads engaged and updated.
• Represent United Timber Works in a polite, confident, and professional manner on every interaction.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Hospitality or customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM entry).
• Strong sense of organization, follow-up discipline, and time management.
• Positive attitude, presentable personality, and customer-first mindset.
• Own two-wheeler and ability to commute independently to factory (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
