Job Description:

Greensignal Bio Pharma Pvt Ltd is looking for an efficient and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and office-related tasks that support the smooth functioning of the workplace. This position requires someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to assist in a wide range of duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit the bank for transactions and other banking activities.
• Handle the courier and postal services, including sending and receiving documents.
• Purchase office supplies and items as needed for day-to-day operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including furniture and overall office environment.
• Assist office staff with any administrative or operational support during working hours.
• Serve tea, snacks, and refreshments to staff as required.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and document organization.
• Coordinate with other staff members and departments to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
• Other office assistance-related duties as needed.

Note: The above-mentioned duties and responsibilities are subject to change according to the company’s day-to-day activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in an office assistant or clerical role. Experience in office maintenance is highly preferred.
• Basic clerical knowledge and skills in office assistance and maintenance.
• Ability to drive a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid license.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and follow through on tasks.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates from local areas such as Kodambakkam, Vadapalani, Ashok Pillar, T-Nagar, Guindy, and Arumbakkam will be given higher preference.
