Office Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to support and streamline daily business operations across India, UAE, and KSA. Your role will entail focusing on travel and visa management, vendor coordination, procurement, and internal operational process documentation & management. You should be process-driven, budget-conscious, and capable of multitasking across different regions. Your willingness to travel, liaise with vendors, and handle field-based requirements is crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and communicating regulatory changes in UAE, India, and KSA to internal stakeholders, managing travel arrangements for employees, overseeing visa processing and immigration documentation, ensuring adherence to licensing and governance deadlines, organizing company documentation, creating and updating process documentation, tracking recurring tasks, managing insurance policies, handling vendor management, and providing cross-functional operational and administrative support. You should possess expertise in travel & visa management, vendor & procurement handling, regulatory & compliance awareness, advanced Excel & documentation management, and field coordination & travel readiness. Key skills required include the ability to manage end-to-end travel bookings and visa processes, experience in sourcing, onboarding, and managing vendors, understanding of business licensing and regulatory compliance, strong command over MS Excel, and willingness to travel locally/regionally for operational tasks.
