Job Description

Sumant Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a young, smart, and responsible Office & Operations Executive (Trainee) to manage office activities, hiring coordination, and general operations.
This is an on-site role in Jaipur ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in a technical and management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, staff attendance, and basic HR documentation
• Handle job postings, internship coordination, and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain records for employees, visitors, and daily work tasks
• Prepare and update salary slips, reports, and documentation
• Assist management with office administration and vendor coordination
• Support task tracking, meetings, and general communication

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email, etc.)
• Responsible, honest, and punctual
• Good communication in Hindi and basic English
• Able to work independently and report to management
