Job Description

  • Manage overall office operations, including housekeeping, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure office facilities and equipment are maintained and functioning.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other logistical support for employees.
  • Maintain important records, contracts, and company documentation.
  • Support daily operational activities across departments and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for timely deliveries and quality service.
  • Manage dispatches, inventory control, and stock management (if applicable).
  • Implement and streamline processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Oversee petty cash management and assist in vendor payments.
  • Support finance team with data collation for invoices, bills, and expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.

Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.

  • Organize team meetings, events, and training programs.
  • Assist HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance records.
