We're Hiring: Office Maintenance Head (Male)
Location: Leaders College, Kannur
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in maintenance supervision
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance operations✅ Manage maintenance staff and assign tasks✅ Oversee building repairs, electrical, plumbing & facility upkeep✅ Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and service schedules✅ Coordinate with admin for event setups and logistics✅ Ensure campus/office premises are neat, safe, and functional
Requirements:
Male candidate, age 30+ preferredPrior experience in facility or housekeeping supervisionGood communication & leadership skillsPhysically fit and proactive
